The clifton hill taproom

Their Clifton Hill taproom, opened in 2023, brings that ethos to life in a bright, glass-fronted space. A curved patchwork timber bar sits beneath a mural by Craft Instinct, mapping the brewery’s farm-to-can journey. On tap, expect the easygoing core range—a crisp lager, a tropical XPA, and a bold West Coast IPA. But things get playful with small-batch drops like a coffee-citrus sour (made with navel oranges and Veneziano coffee) or a raspberry nitro stout inspired by jam doughnuts.

Food & beyond

The cocktail list holds its own, too—standouts include an amaretto, whisky, and blood orange sour. The food menu is taproom-friendly but thoughtful: toasties stacked with things like roast chicken, pesto, and cheese, or five cheeses with sweet pickles and mustard. During the day, grab a sandwich or pastry from Greater Good Coffee, the venue’s in-house café just out front.
