The spaceβs understated elegance carries through to the food, crafted by chef Nick Korcebaβformerly head chef at Middle Eastern favourite Maha and co-owner of Albert Parkβs Greenfields.
Creative dishes with bold flavours
Menu highlights include sticky black rice sweetened with maple syrup and topped with dragon fruit, walnut-almond granola and cottage cheese; salted chocolate crumpets piled with chocolate custard, freeze-dried berries and peanut crumble; and a golden disc of fried cheesy polenta served with wild mushrooms, poached egg and sweet onion purΓ©e.
