Born from a lockdown project, Bud of Love is the kind of wine bar that feels like a friend’s living room—if your friend happened to have impeccable taste in natural wines and a fridge full of craft beer. Siblings Farah and Yousseh Sabet launched the concept as an online store, eventually opening this relaxed, bottle-lined space in the heart of Footscray. Inside, there’s a communal table stacked with board games, QR codes to nearby eateries, and a wall of low-intervention wines you can either sip on-site or take home.
