A Feast of Familiar Favourites
Many of the original favourites have returned, including the generous share-style banquet. Expect a vibrant spread of dips with fresh bread, tabouleh, eggplant tagine, aromatic stews, hearty soups, and a wholesome seven-vegetable couscous paired with lentil dal.
The Iconic Chickpea Bake Lives On
Of course, the cult-favourite chickpea bake is still a highlight, a vegetarian twist on the classic fatteh, reimagined with crispy pita shards, chickpeas, caramelised nuts and dollops of creamy yoghurt. It's rich, comforting and utterly essential.
