Anther’s core philosophy blends nature, science and storytelling, with each gin built around native Australian botanicals. The flagship Anther Gin is juniper-forward and brightened with eucalyptus, lemon gum, and finger lime. Anther Goddess Strength, their navy-strength tribute to astronomer Maria Mitchell, layers in saltbush and soft vanilla anise. These gins aren’t just well-crafted—they’re multi-award-winning, recognised both locally and internationally.

The Federal Mills Distillery

Located in a red-bricked, warehouse-style space inside North Geelong’s historic Federal Mills Precinct, the Anther distillery is part lab, part lounge. Visitors can: Sample the full gin range, learn the science behind the distillation process, order a tasting board (with matching tonics and botanicals), Or indulge in a three-course cocktail board. The cellar door is open during the week, but for the full experience, including tastings and cocktails, weekends are your best bet.
