In the café section, brunch is both familiar and inventive. The Mediterranean-style avo toast comes with pumpkin purée, sundried tomatoes, and a kick of chilli, while the soba noodle salad balances tofu, edamame, bok choy and lotus root chips for something lighter. The confit duck leg salad is a standout, layered with caramelised onion, pickled beetroot, radicchio and garlic croutons.
