Just around the corner from Flagstaff Station, Brother Thomas is first cafe venture by the coffee roasters of the same name.

A bright space complete with blonde wood furniture, calming blue tile touches and a leafy view, the display cabinet is packed with sweets by Little Bertha, fresh baguettes, salads, tarts and sliders, and there’s a more expansive menu of more serious breakfast and lunch options too.

All the coffee used is Brother Thomas’s own (of course), and also offer filter options and take-home bags of beans.
