TL;DR

Flavours with flair

Helmed by Chef Ken Leung (of Cha Ching fame) and Head Chef Oak, the kitchen here doesn’t play it safe. The menu is bold, layered, and designed for sharing. Expect everything from calamansi soy-cured salmon to truffle mushroom dumplings, seared black cod, and the kind of seafood platter that turns heads when it leaves the pass. The Josper oven adds its signature smoky note, giving classics that extra punch.

Luxe dining, group energy

Lexy balances fine dining finesse with the kind of energy that makes it a brilliant pick for group celebrations. Go Γ  la carte, or lean into one of the banquet menus β€” multi-course spreads that run from $85 to $150 per head. The chef’s table, with just four seats, is where you’ll want to park yourself if you’re after a show with your dinner.

Cocktails that shine

At the bar, things are just as inventive. A zero-waste philosophy drives the drinks list, with fermentations, oleos and tinctures adding depth to cocktails that riff on both classics and Asian flavours. Rare sakes and premium spirits round things out, while house signatures β€” bright, balanced, and unapologetically creative β€” make Lexy as much a destination for drinks as for dinner.

The space

It’s all about drama. Plush velvet seating, mirrored ceilings, sculptural lighting, and a glowing neon β€œLexy” sign create a stage set for nights that stretch on. With seating for 80, plus a private enclave for intimate celebrations, the space blends high fashion and high energy without tipping into pretension.

Why it works

Lexy hits that sweet spot: glamorous but not stuffy, daring but still approachable, equally suited to date night or a group takeover. It’s a place where food and drink are crafted to impress, but the vibe keeps it fun. In other words: a proper night out, done right.
