The Case for Single-Origin

The Vrooms, both long-time industry pros, don’t believe in blends. Instead, they champion the idea that with the right sourcing, roasting, and care, a single-origin brew can be just as rich and balanced—if not more so—than any blend. On any given day, you’ll find at least five single-origin percolator brews ready to try, served black or with milk. Their staple roasts, The Maven (from Colombia) and The Smith (from Brazil), are always available, alongside rotating filter options, cold drip, and even their own carbonated coffee, North St, served on tap.

More Than Just Coffee

Beyond coffee, there’s a thoughtful selection of other drinks—hot chocolate from Mörk, Prana Chai, and organic OJ from Miller’s. You’ll also find treats like Shortstop doughnuts, Noisette danishes, and “pruffles” (protein truffles) from Oh! So Good Foods. If you’re after something more filling, there’s a small menu of pulled pork toasties, smashed avo, and wholesome health bowls.
