Set to open in Collingwood in November.

Eyal Shani, the MasterChef Israel judge and restaurant mogul behind Miznon (meaning “kiosk” in Hebrew), is set to bring his pita-focused Israeli street-food eatery to Collingwood in November.

Miznon first opened in Tel Aviv in 2011 before expanding to cities including Paris, New York, Vienna, Dubai, New York City and Melbourne. The Melbourne diner is known for standout dishes including share-friendly baby roast cauliflower roasted whole with olive oil, comforting ratatouille, and slow-cooked Wagyu beef and root vegetable stew.

The new venue will sit on Derby Street in Collingwood, around the corner from recently opened Chiaki and Smith & Daughters.

Miznon is set to open at 45 Derby Street, Collingwood in November 2023.
