TL;DR

A Welcoming Spot on Bridge Road

Niche on Bridge is an all-day dining destination established by the Saade family (also behind Toorak Deli and Phamish in St Kilda). This well-executed, 250-seat venue sits at the base of an apartment complex and was designed by IMA Architects of Richmond. The spacious, glass-walled interior includes a bar and a private dining room that’s soundproofed to ensure comfort for both diners and nearby residents.

A Menu That Spans the Day

Chef Justin Beilin, formerly of Hairy Canary and Hairy Little Sister, has crafted a broad menu featuring all-day breakfasts, an extensive mezze offering, starters, mains, and wood-fired pizzas. His approach emphasizes sustainability in a wide-ranging and thoughtful way.

Quality Dining, Anytime

The goal at Niche on Bridge is simple, to offer a welcoming spot where anyone can drop in any time of day for high-quality, affordable food.
