Take the lift to the third floor and step into a lush garden oasis with sweeping views over the city skyline. Co-owner Jesse Gollan led the design and fit-out himself, choosing a modern, minimal aesthetic that lets the panoramic backdrop take centre stage.


Unpretentious and Inviting

The unpretentious vibe is echoed in a relaxed menu that invites you to linger. In the kitchen, chef Shannon Bradley has crafted a selection of small plates perfect for sharing β€” think pan-fried Otway pork belly or pork and prawn potstickers.


Comfort on a Plate

For heartier appetites, a trio of pastas awaits, including Parisian-style gnocchi in a honey and ale-braised lamb shoulder ragu.


Playful Sips and House Signatures

The drinks list keeps things playful with timeless classics and a dedicated section of fruit-forward favourites. Try the passionfruit mojito, or sip on the house signature β€” the Flamingo β€” a vibrant blend of Morris Lane pink gin, strawberry liqueur, lime and grenadine.

Nimbus is made for all seasons. Smart design features like roll-down mesh shutters and a pergola roof ensure the elements never get in the way, while heaters keep things cosy year-round. Rain, hail or shine β€” the rooftop is always open.
