Beachfront Dining, All Day Long
Downstairs, a spacious dining area offers dishes ranging from prawn and kimchi omelettes to roasted macadamia and white-chocolate French toast. Out front, a kiosk serves up classic takeaway treats like potato cakes, dim sims, fish and chips, plus coffee brewed with beans roasted by Only Hospitalityβs own Inglewood roastery.
Caledonia Shores: Pan-Asian by the Water
Upstairs is Caledonia Shores, a lively pan-Asian restaurant. Come evening, you can dig into dishes like DIY beef brisket bao and corn on the cob coated in coconut-sambal butter, curry salt, curry leaves, and a dusting of finely grated cheese. For something lighter, the kingfish sashimi with nahm jim, coconut, and lime is a must-try.
Views, Vibes, and Versatility
With stunning views over the Geelong waterfront, the restaurant also doubles as a beautiful function space available for private bookings.
