A Modern Spin on the Classic Deli

This contemporary take on the classic delicatessen is a one-stop destination, offering seasonal salads, sandwiches, customisable bagels, and more.
Co-owners Amanda Ruben (Miss Ruben, Cooper & Milla’s) and Chris Watson (Cutler & Co, Marion) created the space as a tribute to New York-style delis.


A Seasonal Menu Full of Favourites

The seasonal menu features a variety of tempting options, from Nutella and tahini cookies to cinnamon babka and Ruben’s signature Reuben sandwich.
The semi-open kitchen includes a full smoker, used for everything from cold-smoking salmon to crafting standout seafood dishes like hot-smoked salmon with hot honey and house-made whipped cod roe.


Takeaway, Catering, and More

You can also grab a bottle of wine, a pre-mixed cocktail, roasted meats, and dips for a top-quality meal at home.
Catering is available too, with a wide selection to choose from.
